Following a bad fall on public land, I approached Thompsons to enquire as to whether I had a case for this. I've never been in this situation before and I was quite apprehensive. Setting up the case, the admin team in Sheffield were helpful and informative. Once transferred, the communication from my initial case handler was poor and did not reflect the overall service I received.
