After being with this company for seven months I am getting sick of the radio silence. In order to get any form of communication I had to place a poor review on this website. Suddenly had a team manager who promised to look into the case for me and provide information and updates, it's now two months later and back to the same silence. To make matters worse, the emails I send are now being bounced back to me for both individuals. I am still having to work in the same environment and now it seems with no legal support. Worst company I have ever had the experience to deal with and such a disappointment. I am now stuck in this situation but my advice for others who are looking, stay clear. You avoid months of stress, worry, concern, anxiety and needless and relentless chasing. It appears the Liverpool office aren't interested in their clients.
