I currently have an ongoing claim, and up until November I was kept in the loop as to what was going on. Since then however, I have heard nothing, despite several emails and call back requests no one has had the courtesy to reply. I appreciate I am not the only client but it is very frustrating not knowing what is going on. Very disappointed with the service I am receiving
