Filed claim through my union in December last year, they changed paralegals 2/3 times, one went off sick in January and Thompson forgot about my claim, had to chase them so much, ridiculous. And when the new paralegal came about, a lot of documents that were initially sent were missing. Also supervising solicitor was changed without informing me, and when I talked to the solicitor he was adamant there's a good chance we'll go to court, the paralegal decided not to uphold my claim... I sent her the cnf form on the 2/3rd of July. Even in my grievance my employer stated that I never reported adequately the accident, and then their legal department says I signed the job accordingly (they gave me a gun holster in my workstation at the time, which we used only when picking up the handgun at the beginning of work and when leaving, due to the overload of the job, not on the conveyor, as I was working underneath the vehicle) if I wouldn't have fitted the part correctly on the car the risk of the vehicle going boom would've been exponentially higher, which I highlighted in the past.
