Led me to believe I’d a good claim for A year and a half for DDA and few days before tribunal said low risk of losing then day after they advised me to withdraw my claim. Absolute shocked and disappointed and felt let down and feel it’s all been for nothing. Should have told me that sooner as felt pressurised in to making a decision as told the cut off time was 5pm about 40 mins before as they not heard from Union to see if they would still pay my fees. Thursday told low risk for losing then you told me to withdraw disgusted Would never use again
