My claim was successful with this firm. But the lady handling my case I feel just didnt care.Couldn't get a reply sometime for weeks. Excuse give everytime was oh I'm on annual leave.Was down to me to Ring and email to get any sort of update a week or 2 later. I feel the claim could have been settled alot sooner if the handler just put abit of effort it.Nothing was done in time it was said it would be just very disappointing. If your looking to have someone handle you case who cares, will put the effort in, in a timely manor. Then I'd avoid these.Will be putting in a formal complaint and also speaking with ombudsman.
