Took a long time for the whole case to conclude from beginning to end. Unfortunately my case was transferred 3 times to different solicitors, so dont know if this why?The solicitors have all been very pleasant to speak to when i conversed with them.The estimated amount of compensation that I was indicated at the beginning was nowhere near the final amount received. The specialist report from nearly 4 years ago, used was not in my favour, I think a new specialist should have been used more recently to ascertain how worse it has got. I feel that my solicitors should have requested this due to the length of time the case has taken. Sent details to company as well.
