As a student from overseas staying in St Andrews for several years, I have to say that renting via Thorntons was a great experience. Myself and several of my friends have stayed in a few different properties managed through Thorntons and don’t have anything negative to say. When we reported maintenance problems they were fixed in a timely manner. The properties were well maintained and furnished to a really good standard. The team in the St Andrews office were always so pleasant to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. Always a smile and asked us how we were settling in etc. felt like they really took care of us. Made us feel at home when we were so far away from our families. 100% would rent from them again and recommend them to friends and family.
