I love their offerings, but their policies and customer support are abysmal! Do not bother emailing their customer service, you will not get a response (probably too busy responding to all their bad reviews with AI generated responses). I really wanted to support this US based small company - I had placed about 4 orders before running into a snag. But when I did have a problem, I got NO support! Might as well purchase from Temu, you won’t risk losing as much money. I simply needed a different size, my set came with a XL top and small pants. TBN’s 3 day policy to report issues is too stringent- I don’t know about anyone else, but I hide my packages from my husband for a couple days before bringing them out! Purchasing from TBN is a gamble so decide if you want to risk your money before doing so. I sincerely hope they work on their policy and customer service before it’s too late. Their website developers and purchasers are killing it, but other aspects of their company need an overhaul.
