Customer service has been extremely disappointing. If you're considering ordering with expedited shipping—don’t expect it to arrive on time. I specifically paid extra for faster shipping, and now, six days later, my order hasn't even left the warehouse.I received no meaningful support, no resolution, and was told a refund wasn't possible—including for the expedited shipping fees that were clearly not honored.You would expect customer satisfaction to be a priority, but based on my experience, that doesn't seem to be the case here. I regret trying this company and will not be returning.
