My first order was good. Got it in a timely fashion and liked what I purchased…u til it wasn’t. I purchased a second order and it took way longer to get to me. In the interim I wore one of the items I purchase in my first order. It was a lightweight tshirt called the slub. I washed it and when i went to stem it to wear it again I found several small holes in it. It just started to disintegrate. I opened a chat to see if I could return it and get a refund. I was told I had 3 days to dispute a purchase and it had to be sent back with tags and unworn. When I complained about the quality I was told no exception. I have spent nearly $300 on clothes in 3 months. I’m very disappointed I their policy. Buyer beware. It’s a Rip off.
