I have purchased from TBN for a few years. After my most recent interaction with customer service, I will no longer be a customer. I followed the return process and did not receive my full credit. I didn’t receive an email explaining so I reached out. I was told the item was defective and couldn’t be returned. I explained that was the reason I returned the item. After wearing one time while working from home and washing one time on gentle, the shirt came apart at two places. I received the same reply that defective product couldn’t be returned! I gave up and removed TBN from my list of online boutiques.I received a response that appears to state that I damaged or altered the item! I am beyond offended! I did nothing but wear the shirt and then wash it. Wow!
