Order two items. Never received confirmation that it was being shipped. Got a tracking number but it just says my packages cannot be found. I've emailed them asking for help. They responded with a automated computer response saying that I should have gotten a confirmation and that's it. I'll obviously have to contact my bank and have they seize my account and refund me
