I recently made a purchase that I expected to arrive quickly, especially since I was dealing with a local seller and needed the item urgently. Unfortunately, it was shipped from overseas without any prior notice regarding the location. Had I known, I would have chosen not to proceed with the order. This reflects poor management, as customers should be informed about shipping origins. It’s no surprise that the postage was free. It has already taken over a week to arrive, and I would be surprised if the company is genuinely based locally. I won't be purchasing from them again.
