I have been involved with this service for several years and it used to be quite reliable. I would typically get accepted for surveys. Recently, however, things have changed. After completing a 3-week study, I still haven’t received payment and have sent multiple emails without a reply. Moreover, I’ve tried to apply for surveys shortly after receiving notifications, only to find they are no longer available. This is frustrating! If a survey is sent to me, it should remain accessible for at least a day. It feels like lower-paid surveys are always available, while those worth more are never open when I try to apply. This seems questionable, and I want others to be aware of their survey selection process.
