I am a high-volume player who has deposited approximately $600,000 and wagered over $90,000,000 on Thrill. My Genie account was originally and intentionally registered under affiliate "Jamie." Later, due to a merger, it was rightly transitioned to "Ayezee."

Months later, without my knowledge or consent, Thrill management reassigned my entire playing history and future value to a different affiliate, "Mandy." This was based on an alleged link to a dormant account ("d888") that I did not control or use, for which Thrill provided no verifiable proof.

This arbitrary reassignment is unacceptable for several reasons:

It overrides my explicit choice and original registration.
The "evidence" linking the accounts appears to be based on unverified claims.
A host, Andre, initially acknowledged the error and offered to move me back to Jamie, only to reverse the decision weeks later with an inconsistent excuse.
The financial and reputational impact is significant. As an active leaderboard participant, this reassignment has likely caused me to miss out on substantial rewards. More importantly, it reveals a shocking lack of procedural fairness and transparency. For a platform handling significant player funds, the ability to arbitrarily reassign affiliate relationships without clear proof or consent raises serious red flags about their operational integrity.

I am sharing this experience to warn other players. Thrill's actions demonstrate a disregard for player choice and a troublingly arbitrary approach to account management.
