🚨 Avoid at all costs 🚨Our experience with this company was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We were contacted by Mark and signed up for their services in March 2025. Shortly after granting them access to our Google My Business account, our profile was suddenly suspended.After contacting Google directly, we were informed that the suspension was caused by a violation related to a third-party account connected to ours. The company initially denied responsibility for several days. However, once we removed their access and immediately submitted an appeal, our Google Business profile was reinstated. Considering we had over 1,000 reviews, this situation put our business at serious risk—something a knowledgeable company should never allow to happen.Our assigned account manager, Diondra, showed little engagement during calls, and overall communication was extremely slow and unresponsive. The quality of work did not meet even basic expectations.After spending $6,000, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to stay away and save themselves the stress and potential damage to their business.
