Flex Payment Issue Solved!We had the pleasure of dealing with Robyne Haas on an issue we had when we submitted our flex payment. I used the Dropbox app on my phone to scan some receipts to them on 2-17-19. Our deadline was 3-1-19 to get them in and I thought we were good to go. Turns out that they received the scanned documents from me, but were unable to open them. This we didn't find out until after the 3-1-19 deadline....and first our claim was denied because of it but with the help of Robyne, she was able to get everything taken care of and was very prompt with her responses!!! Thank you Robyne and keep up your great customer service!!! Much appreciated!!!!
