I DM’d the company on IG before placing my order. I provided them my exact sizes in lululemon align and define (6 top 8 bottoms) and asked what size I should order. I was told to order a size small (4) in everything. As I’ve never worn leggings like these ones, I took the companies advice and ordered small in everything. It arrived about 10 days later and everything was waaaaaay too small. I couldn’t even pull them past my knees. I emailed and DM’d them(they were constantly posting to their stories and not responding to my messages) asking for an exchange and if they would cover the cost of the exchange since it was their employees bad advice that prompted me to buy the wrong size. They said they would ask management about covering cost of exchange, and never gave me an answer, regardless of me messaging them asking again. Once I sent my items in for an exchange, it took about three weeks to receive my new exchanged items (size medium, so a 6-8) and they are literally still too small. Everything runs extremely small. The customer service is complete garbage and their size chart is completely inaccurate. The products also come from china, even though they present themselves as a UK company. Overall it’s a really terrible experience. I don’t want to deal with paying for another exchange or to wait another three weeks to receive the items. All in all, save yourself the headache and just buy lululemon. It’s way more comfortable and looks way better on your glutes. If you do for some reason choose to buy from the brand make sure you SIZE UP
