I bought a pair of gloves with priority express shipping for 1-3 day shipping to make it in time for a festival. The gloves did not arrive in time and USPS offers a money back guarantee if it doesn't arrive in time with priority express. I asked Andrew if I would be getting some money back since they offered the guarantee, but he has refused to even answer me. He told me the gloves were delivered on time, the usps tracking CLEARLY states otherwise and he can just click the link to see that. I sent him a screenshot anyways to prove my point and he has still ignored me. Im contacting the states attorneys office to try and get my money back as its straight up theft. I'd buy your gloves elsewhere, they are far from worth the headache and getting stolen from.
