I've had mixed experiences with this company. Their Rescue Balm is one of the best I've used, and I will repurchase. However, their website is very disappointing; it's frustratingly difficult to leave a review. There’s no clear option anywhere, which should be easy to find. You'd think a company with such a great product would make this process simple. After searching for a long time with no success, I've decided to leave my thoughts here instead, which is frustrating. I feel the company should improve this aspect. I'm giving them 3 stars for this poor experience.
