Be cautious with this company and their Rescue Balm, which is marketed for psoriasis. I did a patch test that was fine, but when I used it on my psoriasis, it caused intense stinging, increased itching, and left the area sore and red. I reached out to the company, but they refused to refund or replace it, showing little concern. I feel like £20 has gone to waste. I asked for a manager to call me back, but they seem hard to reach. This company is quick to take your money but not accountable for adverse reactions. I will not let this go. I even posted this review on their social media to highlight their lack of customer care.
