The company has disregarded multiple requests to cancel my subscription and insists on continuing to charge me. On November 2, I purchased a one-month subscription, decided it wasn't for me, and canceled later that same day using the email address provided in the invoice and receipt sent by the company. However, on December 2, I was charged for another month of the subscription I had canceled on November 2. The invoice and receipt clearly list the email address I used to cancel. I attempted to cancel again and reached out to the company for resolution. As of today, December 9, the company's stance is that my account is associated with a different email address than the one on any of the receipts/invoices they provided. After submitting four documents to verify my claim, their customer service has ceased communication. Currently, the company is preventing me from canceling my subscription and will continue to charge me despite my repeated attempts and requests to do so.
