Recently I had an issue with my new Roto boss Jr not getting any power on initial set up. I sent a ticket to support and between Brian and Chris they were able to help me out and get it working. The issue was not with the laser but with the rotary as 2 wires had been crossed. It was a simple fix after figuring out the problem and the people at thunder know these machines in and out. I also had a question about the air assist which was literally fixed with the flip of a switch. If you are on the fence about purchasing a laser from Thunder I would have to say 100% go for it. I don’t think you could ever beat the quality, customer service or tech support with another company. Once again, Thunder didn’t disappoint!
