Alright, that time period has passed, I contacted them, they wanted me to wait, there was a problem they said. We will contact you in 1-2 business days. Today is the 5th day and almost a week since promotion has ended. Only thing the customer service telling is 'we are sorry we understand you just wait for our email.' Im waiting for what, no information, no solution, no nothing. If you are having problem with BGaming its not my issue, im your customer not theirs. Its a complete dissappointment and still going.
