I ordered a pillow case from Thxsilk and it was delivered timely but was completely destroyed by the post office (it was in a secondary package by USP stating that it was their fault). I sent a picture to Thxsilk and they sent me a new pillow case to replace the destroyed one no questions asked. I love my new pillow case and highly recommend this company and will be purchasing more from them in the future.
