I am very happy with the service. From registration to now, I've had no problems. My billing is based on my actual usage and average market rates. Initially, I didn’t have a smart meter, but thanks to an offer from the company, I will be upgrading to a digital meter next month to take full advantage of dynamic electricity pricing!
