Disgusting service!Tried them out with my first order and certainly won’t br buying again.Firstly you have to order quite a bit to achieve the minimum order value and then delivery is added AFTER that which is another 6 odd quid. In order to bump my order up to minimum order value I ordered a few items of the 500 ml size bottle.What turns up - 300ml size! Their response to my email - no apology, no attempting to entice future business. Simply “we’ll refund the difference”That’s not what I wanted. I wanted the complete order I paid forDisgusting customer service and clearly don’t care about keeping business
