Like others, I wanted to give up Lanzoprazole after being on it for 10/15 years (with recently developed neuropathy in my feet). I'd tried other pro/pre-biotics to no avail (and didn't really like them) but Tibico has been a game-changer! No more reflux, or hoarseness, or the feeling of a lump in my throat and my guts generally feel 'happy' and regular! I'm still to try all the flavours but favourites are the berry ones.
