Not sure what was going on with my stomach and I do suffer at times from silent reflux so after reading about this company I put in an order for most of the flavors. I only have a small amount daily but after only a couple of days I noticed a significant difference. My stomach settled (probably all the eating & drinks over the festive period) and I have to admit that my silent reflux is much improved to almost gone depending on what I eat. I've even been able to have the odd glass of white wine which had become a big no no as it was affecting my reflux so much now I'm in my 60s. If you are suffering I would really give these a go. I'm definitely going to reorder my next batch soon.
