the product is great but...

the product is great but...UPDATE...the customer service is beyond bad. I have IBS and need a low FODMAP diet. I tried the mixed case with Beetroot boost and the beetroot gave me bad symptoms. I have been trying to get the beetroot boost removed from my deliver for 4+ months to no avail. I have had countless emails with support and they try and sort things out and every month the same result: beetroot.it's great stuff but the company has clearly grown too quickly and the operational processes have fallen apartUPDATEcancelled the order and created another but it immediately creates an order for today having just had a delivery. I don't want an order now - I want one at the end of Feb. Can you cancel the one today? nope, it's in the past so already shipping. this is beyond stupid. you guys need someone to help you with customer experience - to adopt modern software/web design principals where you look at user journeys and build something friendly
