The ticket bud concept is very innovative and unbelievably inexpensive. You can have a ticketed event, scan tickets at your admission gate, track sales and get reports of attendees. Anytime I have ever had a question or suggestion, the staff has responded almost immediately. If there was an issue with the software, they apologized and made arrangements for fixing. Usually, the issue is with my assumptions and then they provide great council and help me improve our processes. Great service. Great product.
