The lawyer just dragged out the case. Then he sent me.letters saying he moved the case to a later date.I then get a letter of him claiming No-Lo which is basically another way to saying guilty. I recommend learning all you can at a course house by reading blacks law and look up case laws on how someone else won a case and use it as evidence. Be careful because a lot of courts don't use judges they use commissioners who will stop the case go back behind closed doors and make a plan to try to beat you into submission. Ticket clinic in my opinion is a massive scam. It's not worth spending hard earned money for a crooked system Please protect one another and if you have info on how to beat a case please share and vice versa Also CHP is a tax collecting agency for the franchise tax board read their dirty collective bargaining agreement you will be disgusted
