The administration and ease of use are top notch. However they don’t actually fight the ticket. They just go through the very basics of trying to get the ticked dismissed. They don’t deep dive into evidence like a more professional law firm would. You get what you pay for. If you have a ticket that you actually want to fight, don’t call the ticket clinic. Find a local traffic attorney and sit down with them. I would not use them for any moving violation ever.
