I didn't want to say this is a scam because it seemed legit. However after purchasing tickets for an event that is coming in almost 3 weeks i got an email that my payment was confirmed however i would get the tickets 1-3 days before the event, or on the day of. I didn't like that, i wanted to know my seating but i was hoping it wouldn't be an issue. What i DID have an issue with is being unable to reach anyone.I tried getting in touch with someone right away within their posted business hours. I tried every number, email, and even the WhatsApp # they have for texting and no one got back to me still 30+ hours later. I'm working with my bank to get my money back This is my order #43452
