CRAP SERVICEEITHER DISHONEST OR STUPIDI found the overall business service to be very poor and communication to be confused or dishonest.When I tried to book the system crashed 4 times and the fifth time it autofilled the incorrect name for one passenger. Despite multiple emails they were completely useless and not prepared to assist even though it was a flaw with their system. They sent conflicting messages and lied to me that the ticket name could not be corrected, or if the airline would change there would be a charge.I contacted Pegasus who were perfectly happy to correct the name at no charge.They said that we couldn't check in on-line. WRONG, we checked in on-line.They were either too lazy, dishonest or disinterested in the customer to help, they could easily have contacted Pegasus and resolved the problem.IN REPLYWhen we bought the tickets the acknowledgement screen stated that we could not check in on-line.Also you need to sort out your payment process as this crashed 4 times causing the main problem.In future I shall book direct with the airlines.
