We purchased 2 tickets for Caroline Jones for 2/20/26. The standard price was $25 per ticket. There were tickets advertised as "unobstructed view" tickets for $100. We were not familiar with the venue, and the venue did not return our calls when we inquired about the seating lay out. We went ahead and purchased the $100 "unobstructed view" tickets; however, the tickets ended up simply being the standard general admission tickets. I spoke to a customer service representative of ticketsales.com, and he was not helpful and he would not allow me to speak with his manager. He then hung up on me. I subsequently sent an email with my complaint. I received an auto reply stating that I would receive a response within 72 hours. I never received a response. I sent a follow up response, and, again, received the same auto reply. I never received a substantive reply. We were robbed of $150 because of this scam.
