Terrible! The website glitched out while I was trying to order tickets to an event. The purchase finalized even though I was only going to the “review order” where it says “card not be charged at this time” but it did. Honestly I would’ve just accepted the tickets but unfortunately it was for a time that I was unable to attend. I immediately called ticketsqueeze customer service to ask that they cancel the transaction- they refused to do so even though it was their website that glitched out. I do not think the site glitch was intentional but the fact that they would not do anything about it was. I was still willing to purchase the tickets from this company and requested a credit voucher only to use towards the correct event time and they also refused that so I ultimately had to go through my back to dispute the charge because I truly did not authorize it. I would not ever purchase from them again because they do not have integrity or value their customers. Buyer beware…. Even if it’s their fault they will not fix the problem. I tried so hard explaining and they made it seem like it was simply about the time of the event rather than even acknowledge that their site took my money without authorization! It was about so much more than what they tried to make my complaint out to be. Ugh! I hate companies like this… maybe that is why they call themselves ticket squeeze, they squeeze the money right out of you. I refuse to pay for an event that I can not attend! It’s just such a crazy situation, I never ever thought they would refuse to cancel the transaction as it is the only RIGHT thing to do!
