I tried to book an attraction, it was available on the date in question, I had to pay an additional £10, which was taken immediately from my bank. They just cancelled the attraction without any explanation and as yet, nearly 2 weeks later have not refunded my money, they don't even bother to respond to emails, of course no telephone number available.
