Tick'nBox does everything possible to get your money without providing the service they promise. I was gifted some credit with them to get Disneyland tickets. When I went to get the box, I was notified that the credit I had was not enough and I had to pay an additional 30 euros. I did so. Then I went to book the tickets and it turned out they were 44 euros less than the credit I now had. When I contacted them to ask why they had requested I add another 30 euros when it was absolutely not necessary, they just responded that I could use that credit for another experience on their website, something I'm not interested in. Then I had personal issue come up and I could no longer go on the chosen dates. On my tickets it says they can be cancelled up to 3 days before. I wrote multiple times (as they have no other way of contacting them) and never got a response. I have now lost the tickets and have some extra credit with a website that feels like a scam to get your money. Terrible customer service and zero accountability.
