Really need a zero star option here.Absolutely shocking. My child’s dad paid £160 for Leeds tickets via tick n box (from Amazon) for 2 people for Christmas. Bearing in mind I could have bought 2 Leeds tickets myself via the Leeds website for under £100!!. I have tried to book their tickets on tick n box today so she can use her Xmas present only to be hit with a payment of £178 when going to check out!! That’s removing the £160 the gift card was for too! What the hell? Absolute rip off and this site should not be allowed to sell this, ruining a child’s present and earning a total heap of money for something they won’t be using due to the extra cost.I will be finding a contact at Leeds along with a contact in Amazon and reporting this company
Absolutely ridiculous. Partner paid £160 for Leeds ticknbox for 2, tickets for Leeds are around £45, when trying to book with this they want £344 per ticket for a standard game, knocking off the £160, they want an extra £528, total rip off, DO NOT PURCHASE. Partner just checked Amazon the price for this box has now gone up to £299 WTF
Goodness me - please do not buy this box for football games. There will be an up charge for all games and none are classed as standard where Leeds Utd are concerned. An absolute con!! Camille absolutely no help from online customer service chat and several emails have gone unanswered
I would give zero stars if I could. This is a terrible gift. It’s impossible to get seats on most dates a year in advance. The ticket prices are inflated and actual seat selections are not good! Avoid purchasing this at all costs! It’s almost a year since I was given this as a gift and I still can’t get good seats for a Broadway show. Finally the cost of the Wonderbox does not cover the cost of two tickets. You will have to pay more for orchestra seats.
This is a scam. Just buy your ticket straight from the website instead of Groupon. Even when I'm purchasing the tickets the seats are changing. I reached out to customer service. I was told this is because other people purchased the tickets. When I look on the Broadway the seats for that same showtime and date are available. So the Groupon purchase said the sale was for 2 tickets but you ticknbox says no it's not.Groupon and Ticknbox are in this together scamming people. Customer service is a waste of time. Since October 7, 2024 I kept trying to buy the tickets.
