what a horrible website and buying experience. plus after I bought four tickets they only sent me the QR code for two. they say their customer service is only open three hours in the morning Monday through Friday. Very difficult website to use with the voucher and they are giving me $69 tickets face value for the price of $99. Should have bought through the website directly of the show.
I wish I had come and seen the reviews before I purchased this off Groupon. What a mess, can’t contact anybody at this company, they don’t have a number, they don’t respond on live chat and they don’t respond to email. This was supposed to be a treat for my daughter but it’s ruined now because I have no way of using the voucher and no-one is responding to me.
Tick'nBox does everything possible to get your money without providing the service they promise. I was gifted some credit with them to get Disneyland tickets. When I went to get the box, I was notified that the credit I had was not enough and I had to pay an additional 30 euros. I did so. Then I went to book the tickets and it turned out they were 44 euros less than the credit I now had. When I contacted them to ask why they had requested I add another 30 euros when it was absolutely not necessary, they just responded that I could use that credit for another experience on their website, something I'm not interested in. Then I had personal issue come up and I could no longer go on the chosen dates. On my tickets it says they can be cancelled up to 3 days before. I wrote multiple times (as they have no other way of contacting them) and never got a response. I have now lost the tickets and have some extra credit with a website that feels like a scam to get your money. Terrible customer service and zero accountability.
This site is obviously a scam. we have been trying to order tickets we received from family as a Xmas gift. We’ve been trying to order tickets but the website is non-operable. Even the “contact us” form doesn’t work. Keep your cool and DON’T BE A FOOL!!
The absolute worst user experience and design on their website when you go to make selections. Then whatever you selected doesn’t go through but the box number no longer works. They only do customer service over email - will take forever to respond and not address your inquiry. This is a TERRIBLE vendor that everyone should avoid. Save your loved ones the stress and give them a regular gift card. This company is horrid.
