I got banned in december and my payout for 1200 was denied and my account that was ready to request was closed , my wxperiemce was going well till they started taking lomger to payout so i came to imternet to leave a review and complain .They then which very funny proccesed to ban me for defarmatioma dn spreading false informatiom about the firm.My lawyer has been look into case and unless then can payout my 2 deserved payouts then it will have to go to legal system.they claimed i lied about having issues to destroy mame of brand when i didnt ahhaha .
Ps. I would stay away for your own sanity

Account Closure Based on Disputable Interpretation of Rules

My $10,000 Performance account with TickTickTrader was closed following an internal audit, based on reasons that appear inconsistent with the terms and conditions provided at the time of account activation.

1. Account duration (180 days)
I was informed that my account exceeded a 180-day maximum lifespan, presented as grounds for closure.
However, in the documentation available at registration, the 180-day period was described as the initial account duration, not as a maximum limit triggering automatic termination.
No explicit clause clearly stated that a Performance account would be closed solely for exceeding this timeframe.

2. Allegation of “flipping” / trading regularity
The audit report claims a recurring practice of “flipping,” defined as opening and closing positions rapidly to meet activity requirements.
However:
• no precise or measurable definition of “flipping” (minimum holding time, frequency thresholds, or quantitative limits) is clearly specified in the publicly available rules;
• my trading history includes multiple positions held over extended periods, which contradicts the assertion of a systematic abusive trading pattern;
• the assessment appears to rely on a subjective, retroactive interpretation rather than on predefined, objective criteria.

3. Audit process and lack of effective recourse
The account was closed following a unilateral manual audit, without a transparent adversarial process, and without a meaningful opportunity to provide clarification or defense prior to the final decision.

Conclusion
This experience highlights:
• ambiguous and insufficiently defined rules,
• retroactive enforcement of interpretations,
• and a material risk of discretionary account closure, even in the absence of a clearly demonstrated rule violation.

I strongly encourage traders to carefully assess this level of regulatory and procedural uncertainty before engaging with this firm.

Very disappointed with Tick Tick Trader. I bought a 10K direct swing account with the Rithmics settings. However, since December 24, 2025, my account has been suspended for a so-called "migration in progress."
This is truly unacceptable.
I know that TTT was excluded from Tradovate and that Project X gave them until February 28, 2026, to migrate all their accounts, but I don't understand what my account with Rithmics settings has to do with being blocked for over a month.

This is why I could no longer maintain my previous rating.

In short, goodbye Tick Tick Trader, you started well, but you're ending badly.

Possibly the most disappointing service in the industry.

This is possibly the most disappointing service in the industry. I've been a trader with them for 2-3 years, and everything was great until I became profitable. I have an S2F+ account. My first withdrawal on October 31, 2025, took twice as long as usual (10 business days). The second withdrawal was even worse, and after requesting a third on January 2, 2026, I still haven't received any payment. They keep repeating that they're undergoing a migration that seems never-ending (it feels like it's being done with outdated technology). Anyone looking to be frustrated for free should engage with them, if you catch my drift!

This company seems to be struggling significantly. I purchased products that were suddenly withdrawn, likely due to their financial issues. They then created a list of "violations" despite my long-standing account. Best of luck to them; an important date is approaching. I'm using their contract with another platform to assess their future. Indeed, I canceled my account due to my feedback. Their website appears to be no longer accepting new accounts. The vendors I paid a lifetime fee to have confirmed they no longer have a functioning contract with the company. There has been no announcement regarding what platform will be used after the upcoming date, following confirmation that services were halted due to non-payment. It feels like a winding up process to me. I could be mistaken, but it certainly raises concerns.

Frustrated with the payout delay

I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a payout. Each time I contact the support team, I receive a generic reply stating they are diligently addressing platform issues and that payouts could take longer than expected. Their policy mentions a processing time of up to 5 days, not 2 weeks!

Initial experience is positive, but once it's time for a payout, complications begin. Instead of processing the payment, they seek any possible reason to postpone or refuse it. Guidelines are suddenly 'reinterpreted,' new concerns are introduced, or unclear violations are cited that were never properly explained beforehand.

Extremely Disappointing Experience

The final decision made by the support team is incredibly disappointing and reflects poorly on the professionalism and fairness of the service. It was confirmed that there was no bad intention and that all profits were earned through legitimate trading. However, instead of supporting traders and addressing issues fairly, the account was terminated, and the payout was rejected. Compounding this issue is the fact that the first violation occurred as early as December 17, yet the account wasn't blocked or suspended at that time. I was allowed to continue trading, achieving 12 successful trading days and maintaining a responsible trading history. Only after I requested a payout was the termination enforced. This timing feels opportunistic and unjust. A reputable and trustworthy firm would: - Halt the account immediately upon the first violation
- Provide a clear warning instead of delaying action
- Implement proper safeguards, as most serious firms do
- Apply a fair consequence rather than completely dismantling an active, profitable, and compliant account. This approach demonstrates a lack of transparency, fairness, and respect for traders aiming to establish a serious long-term relationship with the service. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I will ensure to share it within trading communities to inform others about how such situations are managed.

Disappointed by the Collapse of My Favorite Prop

I am truly disappointed as my favorite prop has collapsed. I'm currently waiting to transition to the live account and have yet to receive any response. I would appreciate at least receiving the last pending payment. While all previous payments were processed successfully, the decision regarding my live status seems to be delaying the last payment. Once I receive the pending payment from August 5th, 2025, I will gladly update my review to 5 stars, despite the wait. I've generally had a positive experience, and it would be unfortunate to end the collaboration on a sour note.
