I had the exact same experience as another reviewer. With the same product: Predator support doll. The tracking, if legit, ended when the product supposedly arrived in the US. From there all updates ended. After two weeks I contacted customer support, and they said a replacement was being sent. No proof of a resent product was communicated. I just contacted customer support again for a full refund. I'm not holding my breath. But I will be contacting American Express to warn them of this vendor.
