I've been with this service for three months, and they are truly outstanding! I had a minor issue with my MiFi, which was resolved quickly. I posted the problem on their website around 1 AM (2 AM in Spain), and by 9 AM, it was fixed. It turned out the issue was with the MiFi itself. Their customer service is top-notch. In terms of pricing, they were the only provider offering fully untethered data sharing for multiple users at such a low cost – excellent value overall.
