This is my second year with Tier.net!. Never had downtime with my VPS, I sometimes restart my VPS for NGINX update that's the only 2 seconds downtime that I had with my VPS Server. Support is very good. I get both Live chat support and Ticket Support for migration help. I really wanted to give a review because I felt I must do because migrating to a new configuration that is not really recommended by their tech team, but I wanted it to be done, so Mr. Mark Van did the migration to this new VPS with Cyberpanel Free with Openlitespeed. Now I'm having a very fast server than NGINX even. This new Experiment went well and all are great.I have a lot of experience with different hosting companies with VPS plans and non of them come close to Tier.net VPS with their Ultimate support option enabled. I have found a great company to work with and I'm a very happy customer.
