This company gives you the truth. Unlike our previous provider we were hearing excuses, Tier.Net is giving us answers which is what we wanted to hear and you might think this is a bad thing since there was problems. The problem is COVID-19 something you can't really go around. They are amazing and I will certainly update my review once our server has been up for a little bit of time.Update after 3 months:Still 5 stars! This company truly was a miracle for us and I recommend their dedicated servers any day.Update After 1 Year:I ended my service with Tier.net after one year exactly, this was due to major downtime experienced as we somehow were on another customer's network?? I never really understood what they meant by that but we kept catching attacks that weren't even targetting us.
