I carefully reviewed the Size Chart to select the correct vest size. I normally wear a Medium and from the numbers I saw, a Medium US was the correct choice. When the vest finally arrived after several weeks, it was tight and I couldn't even button it! I immediately contacted customer service and they are NOT willing to exchange the vest for a Large, keep referring to me as "their friend" and are making me pay the shipping back! All they had to do was offer a one-time courtesy exchange/paid label which they state in the "fine print" (If you'd like to return an item, Please securely pack your merchandise and contact us at the address listed. We will send you a return label and further instructions) APPARENTLY NOT! Horribly Insulting Customer Service!
