This broker operates in a deceitful manner. They took my money and provided an explanation that was nonsensical. I am currently pursuing legal action and contacting regulators. It's best to avoid them entirely. Their platform is also designed to make trading frustrating and losing money too easy. If you're considering this broker based on their regulatory claims, think again; the regulators offer little help in disputes.
