I wouldn’t let this service handle my worst enemy's move. If there are any issues, you’re made to feel like a nuisance or you get yelled at by the rude owner. Despite having the best quote, the representative barely assessed our needs and left. They were recommended by a friend, which is why I chose them. I was promised boxes that never arrived. On moving day, they didn’t bring wardrobe boxes despite them being on the invoice, and made us feel like a burden. The movers were great, but I learned later that the representative insulted us the entire day. They refused to transport our expensive patio table due to lack of equipment and never returned as promised. Their behavior towards my daughter was unacceptable. This company is a disaster; avoid them unless you enjoy being treated poorly.
